Jeff Kleiner has been buying and selling real estate for over twenty years and in the lending business for seventeen years. He started his career with a large mortgage finance company, learning the sub-prime mortgage business while continuing to grow a portfolio of properties. Moving into the banking world, he managed a retail bank branch in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, taking over the mortgage wholesale side of the bank for the state in 1993. Having had experience in all facets of the lending and real estate fields, he opened a mortgage brokering company in 1995 which quickly grew to one of the largest firms in the state. In 2004, he formed the Limited Partnership of Home Path Financial in order to bring the best of both worlds into one company that could truly help people and make a difference. Through education, Home Path Financial is able to provide good people with bad circumstances a chance to once again afford a home of their own and restore their credit to the high quality standards needed for conventional financing. Jeff is married and has two step sons.

Tim has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Earning his CRS & GRI, Tim has maintained his Wisconsin real estate license since 1986 and was an Agent with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group in Appleton, WI for over six years. After taking a break from the industry to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing [Sports] and a minor in Business Administration, Tim worked for a large First American Title affiliate for six years and was engaged in all facets of the title insurance business. After the affiliate was acquired by First American Title, Tim entered the mortgage origination business, originating and managing for CTX Mortgage, PHH Mortgage [Coldwell Banker/ERA/C21 Mortgage] as well as managing joint venture mortgage operations for Countrywide, Bank of America and Nationstar Mortgage. Tim is married to Renny, a Broker/Manager for a large Coldwell Banker company in Wisconsin and has two children, Stephanie and Parker. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Tim spent eight years in the US Army in the Intelligence field serving two tours in the Far East and one tour in Germany. In his free time, Tim loves to golf, work out and drive his Porsche 911.

Shelby Weber is the Administrative/Executive Assistant for Home Path Financial. She handles the service side of the office which includes the processing of the investor money and the mortgage payments, preparing payoffs, general office tasks, customer service, and research.
Prior to joining HPF, Shelby spent over 12 years in the corporate employee relocation industry. She held various positions including appraisal analyst, relocation counselor and inventory home resale specialist. During this time, she received her Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license and the Certified Relocation Professional designation.
Shelby is married and has one son.
