Our in-house educational credit program together with our seller-financed properties allows you to purchase a single family home while you restore your credit.

We purchase homes at a discount, make any needed repairs, and then sell them at market value to people with credit challenging situations such as divorce, foreclosure, or even bankruptcy.

The main difference between us and many other real estate investment companies is the fact that we sell our homes at true market value - there are no inflated prices. We use numerous independent, licensed appraisers in each market who are FHA/HUD approved.

It's important that you purchase the home at or below real value (meaning the true value supported by comparable sales in the area) because we want you to be able to refinance to a lower interest rate and pay us off within 12-24 months. By designing a specific tailored Plan just for your circumstance we can show you exactly how to accomplish this! We design your personalized plan, give advice on how to raise your scores as fast as possible, and update your credit report every quarter - all for free while you are making your monthly house payments to us. We do not charge for credit counseling help.
